Ingredients: 1lb package of Crummies (thawed), Cooking Oil of your choosing, 1 medium red onion chopped, Italian Herb Seasoning or Fresh if preferred, 4-6 portabella caps (depending on the size), 1/4-1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/4-1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Step 1-Thaw your Crummies


Step 2-Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.


Step 3- Heat up 1-2 tsps of cooking oil and sautee the chopped onion, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes, then add your Crummies and sautee these as well for another 5 minutes.


Step 4-Combine the Crummies with some italian Seasoning and 1/2 of the Cheese.


Step 5- Prep your Portabella caps by de gilling and cleaning them.


Step 6- Add 2-4 tablespoons in each cap and spread evenly so the filling is well represented in the cap.


Step 7- Place the filled caps on greased cookiesheet and sprinkle a modest amount of mozzarella cheese and some more herbs on top of the caps.


Step 8-Cook in a pre heated oven for 20 minutes, checking frequently to make sure not to burn, cool and Enjoy!
