Meatless Meatballs

Ingredients: 1lb package of Crummies, Cooking Oil of your choosing, 4 Eggs-lightly beaten (or Vegan Sub), 1⁄2 Cup Italian style breadcrumbs (Or Gluten Free Sub), 1⁄4 Cup Grated parmesan cheese (Or Vegan Sub), 1 Teaspoon of your favorite dried Italian herb seasoning (I used oregano 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp basil)

Step 1-Thaw your Crummies


Step 2-Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.


Step 3- Heat up 1-2 tsps of cooking oil and sautee your Crummies, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes, then set aside to cool for 15-20 minutes


Step 4-Combine all ingredients in a big bowl


Step 5- Mix all the ingredients together and add more breadcrumbs until the desired consitency, easy to ball up. Ball up into about 1.5 inch balls


Step 6- Place on greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart and cook until firm, check frequently after 20 minutes. Let cool and ENJOY!


Step 7-Optional- Add your favorite marinara sauce and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Cool and Serve.
