Ingredients: 1 package of Crummies, 1 Cup Rolled Oats (Or other oat like preference), 1 can black beans, 1 egg ( or egg substitute), Cooking Oil of your choosing, I prefer EVOO.



Step 1-Thaw your Crummies


Step 2-Combine Crummies wiht 1 Cup of rolled Oats of your choice in a large mixing bowl.


Step 3- Rinse and drain 1 can of black beans and food process or smash until the consitency of refried beans. Add into your mixing bowl.


Step 4- Add one egg, unbeaten into the mixing bowl.


Step 5- Once you begin to combine all the ingredients you will start to notice if more oats or moisture is needed. The mix should be sticky but not gummy.


Step 5- Patti up the mix by hand and seperate with wax paper. Place in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes prior to cooking. This will allow the patties to set up properly.


Step 6- Heat Olive oil in a pan and add your patties. You will notice they start to brown and shoudlnt be flipped more than once. I would say about 2 minutes on each side at medium heat.


Step 7- Remove from pan, let cool for 1 minute. Build your favorite burger or sandwhich fixings and Enjoy!
